October 30, 2018 was born in Ho Chi Minh City as a human resource company in 2012. We were focused on recruitment services and other aspects of human resource services for the last 7 years. In the last 4 years, we branched out to begin providing dedicated software talent, joining the “offshore software development center industry”. Wow, that’s a mouthful! Our Co-founder Joe Low, lives and works in Ho Chi Minh City, and runs our operations there.
